Welcome to Rockspur Day Opportunities!

We are based in the South Staffordshire Business Hub in Codsall. From here we run a variety of fun and skill based activities throughout the week all with the ethos of increasing our members independence and community inclusion across Cannock and South Staffordshire. We provide our sessions at a variety of bases across the local area including Cannock Chase, St. Mary's Social Club in Cannock, Brewood Cricket Club, Black Country Museum and many more too! Here at Rockspur as well as all of our weekly sessions we regularly offer a variety of trips and community access and unit holidays throughjout the year too.

Monday
Grow & Go on Cannock Chase, Gym in Codsall, Craft Group at Rockspur, Ten Pin Bowling in Wolverhampton.
Tuesday
Grow & Go on Cannock Chase, 2 walking groups, Media Session at Rockspur, Allotment Group at Cheslyn Hay, Skittles in Brewood.
Wednesday
Theatre Craft in Cannock, Male & Female Community Groups, Library Group and Volunteer Programme at The Black County Living Museum.
Thursday
Allotment, racquet ball in Codsall, active dance in Cannock, baking at Rockspur, ladies group at Rockspur, mens community group
Friday
Cricket training in Brewood, Independent Living Skills at Rockspur, Swimming in Wolverhampton, Community Lunch Group, Police Volunteer Programme including Fleet Car Wash and Leaflet Dropping.

Our Mission Statement

To provide a safe environment for adults with learning disabilities to make a reality of their person centred plans. We aim to promote independence & individual self determination. We will endeavor to champion the rights & entitlements of those with leaning disabilities. Rockspur will actively promote citizenship & the value of individual people within their local and wider communities ensuring that active participation is encouraged and supported.
