Rockspur CIC went completely independent in 2008 following the dissolution of County Council Day Services, having operated as a satellite unit under Codsall Day Service.
Rockspur CIC offer a ground breaking 7 day a week day opportunity for adults with care and support needs in South Staffordshire, Wolverhampton and Cannock Chase. Rockspur offer over 25 different weekly sessions through 2 day opportunities for members using an incredibly powerful and effective model that is truly person centred, truly user led, from the directors to the day to day decisions.

You MUST be a member of Rockspur CIC following an assessment by the local authority to access our sessions OR through becoming a private client. Currently our members travel in from Staffordshire, Walsall & Wolverhampton. We offer over 25 weekly sessions Monday to Friday.
Outside of these hours should you wish to do something and there’s more than one person who wants to do this, let us know!
We arrange going to the pub for meals out, the cinema including open air, days at the races, theatre trips, local and professional sports matches, food festivals, funraising events, weekends away and holidays abroad.
These are arranged following monthly members meetings at our Wolverhampton and Norton sites.
To provide a safe environment for adults with care and support needs to make a reality of their person centred plans. We aim to promote independence & individual self determination. We will endeavor to champion the rights & entitlements of those with care and support needs.
Rockspur CIC will actively promote citizenship and the value of individual people within their local and wider communities, ensuring that active participation is encouraged and supported.
